PHONE COORDINATOR POSITION
We need a new reliable team member to join our property management company.
- Do you enjoy answering the phone?

SOME OF THE JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Answer inbound calls from all advertising sources from prospective tenants to rent one of our rental properties.
- Answer prospective tenants general questions.
- Screen/question perspective callers for tenancy. (When their move in date is, review application process and property requirements, etc)
- Schedule rental showings for agents. Including viewings of properties, walkthroughs, lock boxes placement/removal. Notify current tenants/owners of upcoming showings.
- Assist other realtors with questions, applications and showing instructions of our properties.
- Placement of advertising (currently 10 sites to be placed & manually entered on the internet).
- Adjust pricing/other changes for ads.
- Daily reposting at least 30 Craigslist.com ads
- Reply to and/or call all email leads of prospective tenants received from various advertising.
- Daily posting of current property vacancies & jobs.
- Track calls/showings via a daily email to team of upcoming showings and a log of the days calls.
- Daily communications with entire team for overall quality team work.
- Provide stats, for office to communicate, for our property owners with vacancies, how many calls, showings, emails etc.
- Occasional data entry.
- Assist in various projects as needed for web search advancement and other areas when requested.
Working from home is a possibility, but not guaranteed.
